Engineered before it is sewn.

Before a single garment existed, the design was chosen by simulation. This page explains how.

We built a physics model of a person in the heat and checked it against three cooling devices you can buy today, so its answers matched real hardware before we trusted it. Then we used it to score 41 different ways of cooling a body, from the obvious to the exotic, and 2,017 candidate designs across them. Three won.

Then we ran the winning design 20,000 times, changing every number we were not certain of each time, so the result holds up when the real world does not match the model exactly.
